Proposal Participation

I have assisted in writing multiple NSF proposals, including CNS-1956297, “OneDegree: Foundations & Methods for Imaging in mmWave Wireless Networks” ($1.2M), Oct 2020, PIs: Ashok Veeraraghavan, Ashutosh Sabharwal, Taiyun Chi, Suhas Diggavi, CNS-2211803, “Programmable Computational Antennas for Sensing and Communications” ($1.1M), Oct 2022, PIs: Taiyun Chi, Ashutosh Sabharwal, Alireza Vahid, Dinesh Bharadia, CNS-2215082, “4D100: Foundations and Methods for City-scale 4D RF Imaging at 100+ GHz” ($1.2M), Oct 2022, PIs: Ashutosh Sabharwal, Upamanyu Madhow, Yasamin Mostofi, James Buckwalter, Mark Rodwell, and CNS-2346550, “Houdini: Design & Development of an Open-Access Very-Diverse Spectrum Platform for Wireless Networking, Imaging & Sensing” ($5M), July 2024, PIs: Ashutosh Sabharwal, Nick Laneman, Xinyu Zhang, Kaushik Chowdhury, Bert Hochwald, Rahman Doost-Mohammady, Joseph Cavallaro.

Teaching and Mentorship

I currently serve as an ECE mentor to first year ECE graduate students, a role I have been involved in since Spring 2020. In the past, I haveĀ also served as an REU mentor to summer undergraduate research students and as a teaching assistant and grader for ELEC 535 (Information Theory), ELEC 519 (Data Science and Dynamical Systems) and ELEC 243 (Electronic Measurement Systems).

Outreach and Leadership

I am also heavily involved in various student clubs here at Rice – I have served as the Professional Development Director for the ECE GSA, as a Graduate Wellbeing Peer, as the Outreach Coordinator for Rice Salseros, and as the Publicity Coordinator and Webmaster for Indian Students at Rice.
